Greeting! I am looking for a roommate to share this two-bedroom/one-bathroom apartment. Your rent for this shared apartment will be $900 per month. Below is some info regarding the apartment and myself. About the apartment:

• Apartment is on the 2nd Floor
• Each room is decently sized
• Plenty of storage space
• There is a washer and dryer in the basement
• There is 1 off-street parking space (I don’t have a car so it’s all yours atm)
• Backyard and personal large balcony
• There is an attic
• No pets
• No smoking
• Gas, electricity and internet will be split evenly among tenants
• Landlord requires good credit & background checks. Proof of income is required -First and last month rent

About me: I am a Ph.D. researcher currently working in the tech industry. My job is remote, so I will be home nearly every day. When I am not working, I like to read, watch youtube videos, and draw. As a roommate, I am very clean, quiet, and respectful. I am looking for another woman to share this apartment with. Ideally, I’d like to live with another grad student or another professional.
