Looking to rent out a spare room in my duplex in Cupertino. Must be cat friendly as I have three, very well behaved cats of my own. House has a front and backyard, as well as a giant detached garage that is perfect for storage and carpentry work. Incredibly safe neighborhood. Only utilities You would be responsible for is splitting electric.

I’m a 32F neuropsychologist who works predominately from home. Looking for someone who is considerate, willing to clean up their share of the house, and can be relatively quiet when it’s late at night.

My cats are incredibly important to me so you must be okay with their presence and ideally you would love cats as well. They do like to carry out the door, so someone who is conscious of this and makes sure they don’t unknowingly escape behind them is a must.
