Our lovely townhouse, located in lone mountain right of the 215 freeway, in a gated, quiet community. Fully furnished, we have lived there before we decided to find a new family to enjoy this cozy yet, spacious due to the 20 ft high ceiling.
Brand new applications with full kitchen, large walk in pantry. In units laundry. A extra loft as an office upstairs. 2 master suits, both with walk in closets, each has it’s own bathroom. Private patio, with a park in the front for picnic, and a dog park easy for your fur babies to play.
Parking spaces available inside the garage, and inside the community. This is a very quiet community, people are very respectful there.
Walking distance to the plaza next door, Walmart, dry clean, pizza hut wells fargo, China a gogo, AYCE sushi. There is a dollar tree, gas station 3 mins drive down the street. Easy access to everywhere.
3 parks around the neighborhood, 15 mins to red rock, summerline, great place for family.
About the roomies
I am looking for someone who are willing to take care this place as much as we do, love this place as much as we do. No parties, or events. We do allow dogs, max of 2.
We are looking to rent the whole place, each room is $1,3745. Total of $2,750 each month.
You are welcome to rent as just for your family. Or bring a friend to rent together, 2 application will need to submitted.
