I have 1 other roommate 57 yr old male who rents room and small living area in basement. He’s been here 8 yers. Works part time days, and is involved in Karate in evenings and Saturday. I am 58., and I work from home out of my den. We are both church attending Christians. It’s a safe space, no drugs, alcohol, or visitors, unless I know them well. Fenced in yard. Oh, I am similar age
