Fully furnished bedroom with attached private bathroom, queen bed, one parking space on the driveway and smart tv available (minimum six month lease but can be extended if a good fit) in an updated owner-occupied townhome in one of West Boynton Beach’s most sought-after neighborhoods- with easy access to all other major cities like Delray, Boca, and Lake Worth via the turnpike, which can be reached in under five minutes. The townhome is a minute away from the Hagen Ranch Target/Starbucks with access to CVS pharmacy, less than couple of miles from the FL turnpike, LA fitness signature club, Publix/UPS/Urgent care center, Sprouts, etc., and from major hospitals including JFK ER, Baptist, and others. There will be access to the HOA club exercise room, swimming pool/patio area, and tennis/basketball court. You will have access to a common dining room and kitchen that overlooks a lake with wildlife, lush greenery, and a fountain. We also have a front and back patio where you can relax in the evening. The owner and HOA will require renters insurance, a background check, which will include a credit check (minimum of 600 points) and proof of ongoing employment.
