About the room
3k sq ft home in a quiet neighborhood, with plenty of space to do your own thing if you please. Driveway parking is open as well so you’re able to come and go freely. Have a full patio out back to enjoy morning coffee, and a game room upstairs with a pool table.
Room for rent will solely be yours, and it’s the largest one! 13’x11’. Furthest from the rest of the house as well. Even better, the bathroom is directly across from the bedroom. Does have a walk-in closet. Bedroom does have a Sealy Posturepedic queen bed with memory foam topper and full dresser.
I do work from home, so 98% of the time i’ll be in the office with the door cracked/closed so no worries if you want to grab ice, make food etc. Not a problem as long as pans aren’t flying lol.
About the roomies
31yo software engineer. Currently it’s just my 3 year old cat and I. I’m pretty clean and 99% of the time the house is tidy. As long as dishes aren’t left in the sink for days at a time, i’m honestly a pleasure to live with! Overall independent so I won’t bother you too much, but not opposed to watching a good movie if you ask, haha.
Weekends i’m typically working around the house, working on the car, out with buddies, riding motorcycles or gaming in the office.
Just looking for someone clean, respectful of the house and doesn’t mind doing their own thing
