AJ's room

Hello! We are renting out a private room with air conditioning, a bed, and closet included. The home includes a shared bathroom, a fully-furnished living room, and a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and gas range.

Water/Trash/Electric/WiFi is included in the rent.

There is shared parking among the tenants. There are currently two cars using the driveway to park with room for one more.

The house is near the Euclid Avenue Trolley Station, where you can take the Orange Line trolley downtown or take the bus to straight San Diego State University; perfect for any student looking to commute!

The home is also a 10 minute walk away from National City Plaza, which has several restaurants as well as a Planet Fitness gym. There’s even a park nearby if you’d like to play basketball or tennis on the courts.

The I-805 freeway is also a 3 minute drive away!

No on-site laundry, but there are several Laundromats nearby.

No pets/children, and no partying.

The home is divided into a front and back area (the areas are separated by a wall and inaccessible to each other from the inside); the front area contains the private room for rent and has one renter who will be your housemate. He is a clean, friendly, professional in the medical field. The back area contains a working family of two adults who are also renters, but since the back area is separate from the rest of the house, you’ll only be having one housemate that you’ll see around the common living space.
