Plantation Way

The property is a townhouse and everything would be a shared space, except your room of course. The area is great! We are 15 minutes from Woodstock or Earnest Barret Parkway area. 20-25 minutes from Kennesaw Mountain and downtown Marrieta. 30+ minutes from Atlanta depending on traffic. Per the landlord we can be a 1 pet household. My boss’ dog (a dauchsand mix) will be joining us from January to April, maybe longer, as she transitions from her current apartment to moving to another state. If you have pet allergies this probably isn’t the best fit for you as I work with animals 5+ days a week.

We are a couple of easy going ladies! I work for a doggy daycare and dog sit on the side. The other roommate works as a personal assistant. She also smokes fairly regularly (in her room but it still spreads of course), so if that bothers you this may not be the space for you. We both live our own lives but get together for roommate dates/updates when it works for us. Come join our little family!!
