i am looking for a roommate for my 2Bed1Bath apartment ASAP. lease ends July 31st. any and all genders are welcome to apply!

-located in amherst. -$675/month. utilities (gas, electric, WiFi) ~$100/month. -2nd floor. -5 minute drive from north campus/10 minute walk to creekside shuttle stop. -bedroom dimensions: 11’4“ x 8’4“. big enough to fit a full size bed, desk, and a side table. lots of closet space too. -amenities include: dishwasher, central AC/heat, balcony, coat & linen closet, extra storage room, card operated washer/dryer in bldg, small fitness center, pool, & basketball court.

i am 24, queer, and a student. i have two cats. they get along with both cats and dogs. i am a very extroverted and flexible person, however i expect us to be able to have mature conversations should any issues arise. not a clean freak but i do like to keep a pretty tidy apartment. attached are pictures of the bedroom and common areas of the apartment. if you are interested please feel free to msg me.
