Proprietors Road

We have an updated kitchen and a furnished living room. There’s one dog and one cat. There’s a cage for the dog and the cat litter stays in the closet with all the cleaning supplies. All hardwood floors except for the bedrooms. We’re on the first floor very close to the main door.

I work two jobs, my roommate works full time and is a student part time. We occasionally drink and I occasionally smoke 🌳 we’re pretty chill, sometimes we like to hangout in the living room and play uno or cook food. If I know your sleep schedule, I try to be as quiet as i can. Im allergic to cats so if you have one you would have to keep it clean for my sake.
