Marielle's room

The townhome is close to 1500 sq ft. There are two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a loft, garage, a large kitchen and a large living area (it’ll include a dining area.) It is near lakes. This townhome is in a beautiful suburb with parks, an overall safe area, etc. The owner is a private landlord and lives close by if there are any urgent matters to be attended to. Tenants pay electric, gas for heat and water and internet. I’ve got lovely furniture and decor, as an interior designer, and “good finds” over the years! The rent and deposit listed is the home-mates share without utilities included.

I am a mature, single, responsible woman with many fine traits/skills & abilities. I respect a home-mates possessions and I am friendly. I believe in communicating what’s important to each other and communicating well overall. I am an amateur photographer, nature lover, hard worker and am continually learning. I have specialized in recent years to find the best Twin Cities bands, and have seen (danced) to them, mostly without charge. I don’t have a boat yet may be able to use a portable, inflatable boat with a home-mate with oars. I look forward to having a discussion with potential home-mates and for us to determine if there’s potential compatibility.
