Hi! I live in a 4 BR / 2.5 BA home in Concord, CA, about a 6-minute drive from the Pleasant Hill BART station. I currently have a bedroom available for rent that measures 11’x16’. It’s just been renovated, so everything is brand new (texture, paint, fan, floors, shade, door, etc.). Rent is $950/month. Security deposit is $1200.

This bedroom typically shares a bathroom with one other tenant, however the second room* will be vacant for at least 3 months (if not forever), so you’d get a private bathroom for a while. Indoor laundry room available. Lots of street parking. Lease is 3 months to start and then renewed on a month-to-month basis.

Important Notes: No overnight guests unless pre-discussed and agreed upon. Really looking for roommates who don’t intend on doing a lot of cooking as there is zero cabinet space in the kitchen. Cats live in home - no more pets wanted. House is undergoing a remodel, so looking for someone who doesn’t mind the noise.

*I’m open to renting the second vacant room as well, if you’re looking for additional space. However, no kids or couples at this time.

I currently work for a technology firm (and working from home), and work really hard, but also play hard! I’m a big Warriors fan. Love reality TV and a good bottle of wine. I’m currently renovating my home and hoping to find someone who is okay with some of the ongoing construction :)
