Apartment building is located in Little Ferry, very close to the post office, laundromat, gym, bus stops, and a few restaurants. About 30 minutes to NYC by bus.

I’m a film makeup student and sculptor (M) I usually like to keep a calm and quiet environment at home to help me focus on my work. I’m new to the NJ/NYC area, so I’m looking for a roommate specially in college or around the same age group (20’s). Must be someone who’s responsible and willing to give the same level of respect and privacy. Absolutely no smoking indoors.
