About the room

Private room in a large three level home with a Jack and Jill bathroom that will be shared with a female roommate. Upper middle class neighborhood that is quiet and close to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, E470, roughly 5miles away from 225 and 11 miles from the Anschutz medical campus. The room has a bed in the pictures but it will be moved out unless you need it (its a year old and clean). Shared Kitchen, living areas, washer and dryer.

About the roomies

I’m a younger looking (and acting lol) 42 year old who lives here with another female roommate who works at a hospital. We’re private and not party animals but like to have fun and are very friendly and respectful. I have one cat and one dog that are friendly but tame and well behaved. Anything else just ask.
