15 mins to Newport Beach 10 mins to Irvine Spectrum shopping center. 10 minutes to IVC. 7 minutes to UCI 3 mins to Tanaka Farms. 2 minutes from Wholesome and Zion Grocery stores. 2 mins from the 405 Freeway.

No overnight guests. No loud roommates. No messy roommates No partying. No smoking. If you don’t like rules, this places isn’t a right fit for you. We are also respectful to your preferences.

Ideally looking for a working professional or student who is clean, respectful to other roommates, mature and responsible. If you are active and into working out/sports you will have a great time too.

I am a working professional in my 20’s. I am very active (gym, surfing, working out, running, tennis,…) I am extremely respectful to people’s wishes and the new potential roommate has to also be respectful to the house rules to ensure a harmonious living for all.
