This apartment space is very cheap and it is a shared room so you will have one roommate and a couple of housemates. Everyone is to themselves and minds their business. The current tenant occupying my room is never home so you will essentially have a room to yourself. it is a double suite// shared room

Everyone is kind and takes care of the apartment. The apartment is clean. People are friendly and have pets but they are never out in common areas. This room is great if you are a student. I will pay half the rent of the first month if you take this lease ASAP
