Hello! I have an extra bedroom for rent in the subdivision heritage of Brookhaven It’s a 10’7 x 10’1. Right next to it is a bathroom. It’s technically a shared bathroom but typically only guests who I have over use that restroom ( hardly have guests ). I do have two children. One is a 5 year old little boy which the room is across from yours, and a 4 month old little girl. I am looking for a female roommate. I do have a dish washer, ice maker, stove, fridge and washer and dryer you have access to. Included in the rent is all the utilities and WiFi.
