Largest room in house with large closet and “sitting room” available in an unfurnished 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house in West Palm Beach. The house has modern finishes and a recently remodeled kitchen as well as a large sunroom/dining area. Washer and dryer are included onsite, and there is a large backyard for entertaining. The backyard also has a mango tree and avocado tree. If you find someone to team up with, this would be a great home to share, or if you prefer I can find the other roomie. The house is less than 15 minutes from the beach, downtown, the airport, and the outlet mall. (Photos were taken before adding recessed lighting and adding fresh paint.)
One person will be occupying the smaller room, but it is currently vacant. Bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, and common areas (living room and dining room) will be shared.
