About the room
I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at The Junction at Antiquity. My current roommate will be staying, so Split rent would be $850 before utilities. I just moved in so I’m working on furnishing the place. The room up for rent is the Master bedroom. The lease will end in January of 2024.
Features: In unit washer/dryer, electric heat and A/C, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave. Lots of storage around the apartment. Walk in closet, big 15’x12’ bedroom, package service, swimming pool.
About the roomies
The other roommate living here is a 22 year old male who works IT for Amazon. He enjoys gaming with friends and is very easy to get along with. He is very clean and keeps to himself.
