Unfurnished room for rent in rural fort pierce farms! Room is on the first story of the house and has its own bathroom down the hall- although rarely used as a common bathroom when needed. Rent is $700 a month wifi and all utilities included ! House is tucked away and quiet and also has a pool that tenants are free to use at their leisure. Must have first months rent, $250 non refundable scrutiny deposit and proof of income to move in ! No pets please .

There is one other female roomate upstairs . Myself, my fiancé and our young son also reside in the house.
