Julianna's room

Unfurnished, private, room for rent in rural fort pierce farms. Room is on the second story overlooking the pool and hot tub. Shared bathroom with the other female tenant , however there is a second common bathroom downstairs- with a shower. Tenants are free to use the pool at their leisure. The house is tucked away and quiet. Must be dog and baby friendly ! Rent is $750 a month including wifi and all utilities! Must have first months rent, $250 non refundable deposit and proof of income to move in.

At the moment there is only one other female tenant. Myself , my fiancé and our young son also reside in the residency.
