The house is a large but also homey 3900 sq. ft! The house sits on 1.5 acres. There’s a keypad entry. You’ll be able to enjoy every part of the house as well as the second floor all to yourself! Should you need a second bedroom, please email to discuss. There are two available. I supply you with two sets of towels {Bath, hand and washcloth} as well as a beach towel {while private salt water pool is open}. There will also be a pail of toiletries including a mini bar of soap, lotion, hand sanitizer, Emergen-C packs, band-aids, baby powder and Q-tips to get you started if needed. There are more toiletries including mouthwash, cups, toothpaste, aspirin, nail polish remover, nail file, cotton pads, more Q-tips, band-aids, eye drops, hair spray, baby powder, shaving cream…If you forgot something, please ask me! I probably have it in the house! Depending on the weather, there is a fan or heater if needed {in addition to the obvious central heat and air!}. You’re welcome to eat in the newly remodeled super large kitchen with granite counters, BOSCH {convection} oven and Whirlpool stainless steel refrigerator with ice and filtered water dispenser. There is coffee and tea available with your choice of sugar, sweeteners/sugars {sweet & low, equal, splenda, sugar in the raw or stevia}. There is also a breakfast counter with bars (protein/fruit/granola). There is also a snack basket ready to go! The products change week to week, but it has chips, candy, mints, gum, popcorn, and healthy snacks too! Enjoy your meals in the kitchen or the dining room, or, weather permitting, outside sitting in an Adirondack chair with chimes blowing in the breeze. Feel free to use the den on the main floor or eat in the living room in front of the 75“ TV with SHO, Heartland channels (including 3 Hallmark channels!), many movies on DVR and on Demand as well as over 900 channels with DISH network. There’s a washer and dryer in separate laundry room. There’s an ironing board and iron ready at all times, sewing kits for any last minute emergencies, and a place to hang dry clothes that you’d prefer not to dry. Spring through Fall, enjoy the HUGE 9 foot deep, PRIVATE salt water pool! Pick a spot to sit outside and relax in any number of places around the enormous sitting area. There are beautiful flowers, numerous rafts, chaise lounge chairs, sitting chairs, a large wrought iron dining table and six cushioned chairs for dining outside, sitting area with coffee table, 8 umbrellas for shade if needed, and a 70“ stainless steel grill ready for grilling! Grill can be used throughout the year. The house is conveniently located 2 miles off I65. It’s 11.14 miles to downtown {taking streets} or 12.03 miles {taking highway 65}. The property sits on a quiet cul-de-sac. Walking/running around the neighborhood is perfect and safe at any hour. The house is currently decorated as the BEST and most magical Winter Wonderland you’ll ever experience, inside the house and out! Even your room gets a tree and every space is decorated with the season! Currently there are two spaces available! Both rooms are upstairs over the main part of the house. There is the Country Charm Guest Room with a beautiful wooden headboard and foot-board, bedding including an amazingly comfy mattress you melt into! There’s a closet with two rods, a large dresser, an antique yet wonderfully functioning desk, a relaxing loveseat, night table, and lamps as well as an overhead light on a dimmer with a ceiling fan. In addition to the ceiling fan, you’ll find a floor fan as well as a small heater in case you want a more customized temperature! A remodeled full bathroom is attached to the room with shower and tub combo. The beautiful marble counter is extremely long and has two sinks, with numerous drawers and cabinets for storage. A unique stained glass window is the center of the spacious bath. {Currently there is another woman on the second floor in the other bedroom so the bathroom is shared until 11/15, then it’s private! She’s in her late-30s, a night time nurse so you won’t see her very much! She’s extremely kind and respectful. Please message with any questions.}

And the larger of the two guest rooms opens up in mid-November. That one is called The Country Shabby Chic Guest Room! It’s a darling guest room on the second floor of the main part of the house. It has a wrought iron queen bed, wooden end tables, a walk in closet with space for storage a well, a huge dresser and mirror, sitting chairs and footstool for corner nook reading, and a mini fridge for your convenience! There is a ceiling fan above the bed and two windows that give morning light if you want…and if not, there are black out curtains! In addition to the ceiling fan, you’ll find a floor fan as well as a small heater in case you want a more customized temperature! A large jack & jill bathroom is attached to the room with a shower/tub combination and a long marble counter with two sinks and plenty of storage space. A unique stained glass window is the center of the spacious bath. **If you’d prefer a private bath, please let me know so we can discuss a suitable rent to take over the 2nd floor! :) It might sound silly to some, but to those that “get it” …this house has the best energy! It has been a place for many to come and find peace, love and solitude while here either visiting for work, or figuring out what life’s next plan is. **All utilities are included. I do not charge anything additional to start renting as I believe the right people always show up and if you are one of the right people, then I trust you with my home!

About me! I write movies for Hallmark, GAC and Lifetime and sometimes I’m in them! I also sing and write country music and have been very blessed to open up for Lee Brice and Montgomery Gentry as well as play the Bluebird Cafe numerous times! The only pet {though he thinks he’s human!} on the property is an English chocolate lab named Joe Bob Bubba. He is not allowed in any of the guest rooms. He will give you love and comfort only if you want him to!
