The room is spacious and is close to the front of the house, there is a shared bathroom with a tub, and lots of natural lighting. The house is 3 minutes to NAS Jax base and 5 minutes from Orange Park Mall. It also has a huge front and backyard.

Currently, there is a female and a male roommate (not a couple and they each have their own room). They both keep to themselves and maintain a clean living space. The lady roommate will be the other person sharing the bathroom. She is sweet and works outside the home. The other roommate is really chill and kind, and has a hybrid work from home/in person position. He cooks, smokes outside, and has the cutest little dog.

As a roommate, you would have your own private room and a shared bathroom and the common areas like kitchen and living room will be shared. If you are a drama-free roommate who cleans up after yourself, you will fit right in. The room will be furnished with a bed and an organizer. Utilities are split evenly in thirds.
