Church Street

My current lease ends on September 19th, 2018. Seeking a clean and responsible roommate who can renew the lease with me. The lease needs to be signed by August 19th, 2018. You will have a room of your own and a bathroom. The room size is 10’ x 9’9“. We will share the common space. Your portion of rent will be $821.76 (excluding utilities). Utilities will be around $105.18/person. This includes Internet, gas, electricity, and utilities charges from the apartment complex. You will need to pay $300.00 security deposit before moving in. The apartment offers a parking shed and parking lot. We can take turn using the assigned shed on monthly basis. The apartment complex has pools, jacuzzi, and a gym. I’m not looking for a couple or families to move in. No pets and overnight guests are allowed. I’m looking for someone whose party days are behind. Please let me know if you are interested.

P.S You will need to pass the background and credit check done by the apartment complex. It will cost around $30.
