We are presently searching for our next house - it will have the following:

• 3 bed, 2 bath minimum
• two living areas, one dedicated to musical instruments
• garage
• sizeable kitchen

Locations:

• gardena
• torrance
• redondo
• hawthorne
• the south bay, generally

Including you, there will be a total of 3 roommates. Colbey is 29, male, an electrical engineer by day, hosts jam sessions frequently. Erik is 23, male, aerospace engineer by day, and plays drums occasionally.

We care a lot about keeping the place clean, and we have a cleaning schedule we stick to. We both like to have people around the house on a regular basis, so expect light events to be a common thing. We both are very aware of quiet hours, but outside of quiet hours we are both usually doing our own thing, which can include sound (cooking, talking on the phone, TV, playing music, etc etc etc).

Our goal for the house is to have a place where we can just relax and express ourselves. We are both very straightforward and open about navigating a living arrangement.

• someone who appreciates a clean living space
• someone with a strong sense of quiet hours
• into making music, or at least being around people making music
• in general, a good social mesh with Erik and Me

Lease term is 1 year, and we are looking at having you join us on the lease. We are looking for houses right now, and it will help us to get a house if we have our next roommate decided.
