Looking for a professional and a great fit roomie to share the condo in a relaxed environment. No multiple roomies. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. Remodeled the whole condo. Read all kinds of good info below.

Excellent location for anyone with or without your own transportation:

• Hampden Ave and Monaco Pkwy
• Plenty of easy parking in the condo complex
• Gyms, parks, trails, grocery stores, pharmacies, and many restaurants very close by
• About 3 blocks away from the Southmoor RTD Park and Ride: o A few Lines pass by

About you:

• Similar and most qualities as me: o Responsible (pays rent & utilities on time) o Clean (naturally picks up after yourself) o Helps keep things tidy (nothing crazy) o Good hygiene o No slobs and/or fulltime couch potatoes

About the place:

• Relaxed environment.
• Amenities: indoor pool (heated for winter), saunas (separate men’s from women’s), fitness room, clubhouse.
• 2 bd/2 ba condo which you and I would share.
• Parking included.
• This is not a party house. No overnighters. However, friends are welcome every once in a while.

About the rent:

• $1050: monthly rent.
• $100: monthly for utilities.

I am a professional, respectful, responsible, trustworthy, easy-going, down-to-earth, clean (pick up after myself), courteous, organized (not a fan of clutter), optimistic, open-minded, fun and friendly guy who has worked for the same industry for almost 20 years. Work remotely from M-F 7:30a-4:30p mostly. Covid conscience. I try to live a healthy life. Good hygiene. I am an active guy who likes to workout, go for run/walks, and ride my bike. I normally eat healthy, but I do enjoy all kinds of food. I meal-prep. I don’t smoke and am not a fan of it. I drink responsibly and occasionally a couple of glasses of wine/beer here and there. Rarely, I do edibles only to help me sleep. I consider myself to be an ambivert person: I like to socialize, but I equally like my alone/quiet time. Having some kind of good relationship/connection and communication with the roomie is a plus. I also enjoy watching all kinds of shows, movies, news, listening to music, going to movies, spending quality time out with friends/family, happy hour (at times), eating out, etc…. Not so much the bar scene (very rarely). Oh! Not to mention, I like to travel as well.
