The room is partially furnished and will include a bed frame, mattress, lamp, nightstand, tv stand, and fan. If you prefer your own furniture I can remove the furniture in there now. Living room, dining room, and kitchen are shared areas. Utilities are included. House is located in east Maricopa close to Walmart. Will also include space in the driveway. Requires 2 months of rent upfront + refundable security deposit.

I’m 25 and the owner of the house. Currently it’s just me living at the house I recently bought the home a few months ago and have an extra bedroom I’d like to rent out. I work from home in the office (e-commerce business) but I’m also on a search and rescue team with the Sheriff’s office so I’ll be out some days for training and searches. I also have a dog (german shepherd mix) who’s very well behaved and friendly. Personally, I prefer to stay in most of the time but will go out occasionally. Not a smoker or heavy drinker though I will have a beer on rare occasion. I also enjoy watching the suns and most major events like the world cup.
