One room in my 4 bedroom house is available. It has a shared bathroom with an adjacent room. Photos are before the current roommate moved in and before we had blinds installed. Room is furnished with a queen size bed and a mounted TV.

Room does not include garage parking - let me know if you need it and we can discuss pricing, but there is permit-less street parking that the other roommate uses.

All utilities are included.

Location is ~10 minutes walking to the Amtrak station, downtown, and the future OC Streetcar.

Tenants must be background checked, credit checked, professionals, okay with guests, and okay with alcohol. The best candidates will also be social and outgoing. If you’d like to check this place out, please first get a background check badge on your account here.

Note: I have two cats. I am not opposed to pets, but they need to get along!
