Latyana's room

The townhome is near Riverside Park and Munsinger gardens (tons of walking trails, disc golf course). SCSU campus is a 10-minute drive with traffic or a short bike ride away. Downtown is a short drive away with many fast food or restaurants nearby, many local bars. The room has a nice sized closet with a large window. This space also is attached to a family room (yours to use) with your own bathroom (lots of storage in the bathroom). A small patio, 10 x 10, is outside of the family room via a sliding door and some storage in the garage space. Shared laundry space. Parking would be in a spot in the driveway, with additional street parking if needed. Current photos are of common spaces (main living room and dining room).

I am a 29yr female with a love of hiking, travel, video gaming, Christmas, reading and crafting. In case it matters, I am a Hufflepuff through and through with a tendency to find excuses to binge-watch Harry Potter. I have two dogs and work in the veterinary care industry. I am an avid book reader/collector with a love of antiques. I prefer a night in with some wine and a few good movies over parties and going out on the town. I prefer a clean home and typically keep it that way.
