Private bedroom with Jack and Jill bathroom located in a newly renovated apartment inside a gated complex in East Nashville. Newly renovated and featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, large living room, patio, fully equipped kitchen, & lots of storage spaces throughout.

Unfortunately I cannot have another cat on the lease but there is a chance for a chill dog (depending on a meet & great w/ my cat before).

Laundry is coin operated & located in clubhouse, along with gym & pool.

l am a 21 year old woman living with a rambunctious 2 year old cat. My best friend and I moved here together from Colorado in April but she had to move home suddenly so I am trying to fill her room! I work as a receptionist at a hair salon and l spend most of my time off work at home, quietly in my room. I am 420 friendly and I do so regularly within the house (so I won’t mind if you smoke either)! I enjoy a clean shared space, but will never care about your personal space (within reason). I am all about open communication and I like to think I can be chill with almost anything - as long as it doesn’t risk our lease or deposit!
