Bedroom for one person only in shared 3/2 house, one block from beach in North Kihei. Room is approximately 112 sq. feet, plus closet, and has a strong ceiling fan and large windows. There’s lots of yard space on property to spread out into if being outside is your thing. House is in a regular working class neighborhood, fairly busy. Easy to park on street right in front. Must love animals (and music)! We have a friendly dog and cat, and plenty myna birds live in the mango tree outside. Might be good for another artist or musician, or someone who works a lot or is handy. No heavy drugs / heavy drinking / drama/ or stay over guests. Note: Room is not furnished. These pictures are just to give you an idea of size. (Photo shows a queen size bed.) I may have a desk you can use. *May be able to knock a little bit off rent in exchange for some yard/ house work.

The other roommate works as an A/V tech guy. He’s a professional VJ, mid 40’s night owl, that keeps mostly to himself doing computer things or cooking.
