About the room
This apartment is on the top floor of the building with nice views, renovated bathroom and kitchen, a furnished living room space (couch, dining table), elevator, doorman (after 10pm only). You would be moving in with me, a nice person from Atlanta, Georgia who went to Stanford and works as a marketer for a media company.
I am looking to find a roommate who would be able to move in from September 1, 2018 - July 31, 2019 and can pay $1675 (half the total monthly rent). We would also split electricity and cable bills.
