We have a recent opening in our three bedroom, one bathroom middle unit of a tri-plex. We’re in the west part of SoMa, geographically convenient the 80 and the 101, as well as Target, Costco, bars, restaurants, Muni and BART. Your room has three large windows and is furnished with a queen sized bed, rug, lamp, desk, office chair, and shelves. The common areas include a sun room with a private washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, and living room with a 55in smart TV (and passwords for all the major streaming services).

Your roommates are Preston (black, 36) and Eric (white, 46) who both work nights and frequently travel on our off days. We’re both straight men, but our space is welcome to everyone. Both of us are responsible and considerate, so you should be too.
