One cute, airy bedroom available for rent in a fully furnished 3 BR/2 bath house in Manoa. Bedroom is available unfurnished as well.

This is a gorgeous, spacious home where the rainforest feels like it’s coming inside. Listen to bird song and crickets from the meditation/jungle room. Hop over to one of the two massage chairs, or to the second living room.

Air is always blowing through, including in the attic, so this house stays cool. Ceiling fan is also available in your in bedroom.

This private jungle oasis is also conveniently located in Manoa, right next to the action of town, and a 3 minute drive from the Manoa Falls hike, Safeway, twice weekly farmers markets, cafes, restaurants, etc. Plenty of street parking right in front of the home. The neighborhood is pretty safe deep in Manoa, and is very quiet at night.

The bigger bathroom is mostly yours, except for use by guests, and we occasionally might want to take a bath. :)

Layout: The house has a front yard with a gated driveway, and a backyard, all lushly landscaped. There are all sorts of flora and fauna: birds, parrots, tiny fish, lilies, staghorn ferns, etc. The main room of the house is a bit like a ballroom: it’s huge and has two separate seating areas, massage chairs and my desk. The back of the room has tons of windows into the backyard. There’s a dining room area off the kitchen, which has all stainless steel appliances, two ovens, an extra fridge and chest freezer, and the washer/dryer. We occupy the master bedroom and a study. The bedroom layout provides decent privacy, as there is a walk in closet and two bathrooms between our bedrooms.

We are looking for one roommate who ideally is looking for a long term lease, as you will be added to our 1 year lease. $1325 is the rent for this bedroom (a third of the total rent). Rent does not include utilities, which will also be split evenly.

Looking for a chill, friendly, clean roommate who likes my fluffy cat and doesn’t bring the party home.

You will be rooming with two people who work from home: My name is Fawn and I’m a remote software engineer at Adobe. My boyfriend, Adam, is a remote financial planner/investment manager. Adam’s into surfing, climbing, canyoneering, diving, free diving, spearfishing, boating, trail running. I’m into aquascapes, gardening, ceramics, dancing, hiking, yoga, real estate, & volleyball.

Besides furnishing the house, we are also happy to share other items like beach chairs, floaties, volleyball net, bodyboard, etc. :)
