Joann's room

Private room with a fountain/garden view in nice and quiet area. Beyond the fountain/garden view is wild open space where you will see deer, birds, raccoons, and other wild life. There is also a deck in the back where you can chill out after a busy day at work. My place has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Your bedroom and bathroom is the only one downstairs. It is down a hall and very private. Outside of your hallway is the living room which is mostly vacant since my time is spent mostly upstairs, in the kitchen or in the back yard. The bedroom above yours is not used so you will not have noise from above. There is also a direct connection to Comcast Cable for a fast connection to the internet in the room. My location is a five minutes away from bay trail for walking, biking, or enjoying the lovely sunsets. Two restaurants are within walking distance. Your place would be a five minute drive to shopping, transit, I80 and Highway 4. Washer and Dryer available in home. Kitchen use is available for a neat and organized individual. Access to the swimming pool and hot tub May - October.
