Hello, I am currently looking for roommates to rent out a house in Oceanside/vista.

To apply with us to rent a 4 bedroom house in Oceanside . It would be me, a 25 year old male, and his daughter occupying two rooms. And then we would need to have two other rooms rented out. We would need to feel comfortable with you as he does have a 5 year old daughter. We currently have a house we would like to rent out ASAP but if it doesn’t work out we can all look together for another home. We can’t start applying until we have people to occupy the other two rooms. We may be open to couples. We are trying to find a 4 bedroom and 3 bath so that way everyone can have their own bathroom. A lot of the places are around 4k for the security deposit and the first months rent. We would split the deposit. For the rent we are hoping to get the other two rooms anywhere from 1100 - 1400 not including utilities. If it’s a couple maybe more. We understand everyone values their space and wants to find considerate roommates to rent with. We will all be going into this without knowing too much as this is to look together for a house to rent. we should expect a credit score of 650+ there have been some who require a 700+ credit score and an application fee of around 39-45$ is also what I’ve been seeing. I cannot speak for if pets are allowed or not for the majority of the listing we see some allow only cats some allow no pets and there are rarely any who allow all pets. To be safe I’d say no pets allowed but that can definitely change.

We don’t have a set move in date we are hoping as soon as possible but are very flexible.

I can only speak for the two of us and his five year old. I would not be able to tell you about the other roommates as of right now we don’t have anyone yet to apply with us. But I work full time and my job requires me to travel a lot and honestly I will probably be home weekends only. But I am a very considerate roommate, I’ve had many roommates in the past and understand the dos and don’ts of living with people. He is in the military and works in the medical field so he will mainly be home to eat and sleep at the end of the days. He is a very clean and considerate person, he can be very social but at first will probably be to himself. His daughter is a nice little girl she is 5 so she is out of that crying phase so you do not have to worry about being woken up by her or anything like that. She is very sociable, but understands personal space.
