Jeffrey's room

I rent a house with three bedrooms, two of the rooms are occupied so I’m looking for a 3rd roommate. It’s a shared bathroom with the other tenant who is a man. Would prefer no couples at this time. There is a background check and credit check as well. The owners are looking for a minimum of a 600 credit score. The room is $600 a month plus utilities with first and last months rent plus a $300 security deposit due at move in. ($1,500.00 total for move). Shoot me a message if you’d like to come check it out
