I am looking to sublease the basement room in a 4Bd-2Ba house on the hill, preferably a CU student. This room has a separate access door from the rest of the house or can be reached through the main house. The room has an attached auxiliary room that can function as an office and has a den area right outside perfect for a couch. The house is conveniently located only 5 min walk away from CU main campus. Full bathroom is shared with one other roommate and shared kitchen on main floor. Appliances include dishwasher, garbage disposal and in-unit laundry. Large back patio and front yard with off street parking spot. Rent is $1200/ month plus electric and wifi (generally $40-$60/month) along with $2000 deposit fee. We are looking to sublease ASAP preferably before the end of the year/beginning of the spring semester.

About Roommates: Three male CU undergrads, two of which are seniors and one of which is a junior. All very social, avid skiers and sports enthusiasts. Usually fairly quiet within the house, with the occasional music to entertain.
