We have a room for rent in our 4 bedroom home in the Sequoyah Hills of Oakland, CA.

Available Jan 1, 2023. $1700/month + utilities.

About the house: The room is about 130sqft in a 2100sqft stand alone mid century modern home. Hardwood throughout the house. Marble bathrooms, slate laundry room. Full bathroom with tub shower and double sink available to you. Half bath off the laundry room also available to you too

Living room AND den. Formal dining room AND breakfast nook. 4 burner stove, oven, dishwasher, basic kitchen appliances. SWIMMING POOL. Large back patio with furniture and grill. 100 ft long garden bed (you can plant here!). Japanese garden in front yard. Garage with HOME GYM and pingpong table. Bay Views spanning from San Francisco to Palo Alto.

Street parking available. Lots of street parking open at all hours of the day. (Parking here is easy!). Quiet neighborhood. 4 mins to Keller onramp of 580. Just below skyline blvd. Convenient store, pizza, acupuncture, yoga, etc 2 mins away. Hiking and eucalyptus groves near by.

Erik (26) & Sydney (25) - we live in the master bedroom of the house and have an AmStaff named Gasper and Tabby named Kai. We enjoy socializing and hosting BBQs and have friends and family around often. That being said, it is important to us that home remain a relaxing space that everyone can unwind. We have another super cool and chill roommate named Sam who lives in one of the bedrooms and who you will share the full bathroom with.
