I own a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with an office and large backyard at the end of a cul de sac.

I have an unused bedroom and bathroom that would make for a great roommate situation. Workout room, kitchen, and living area all common and shared.

You would have a private bathroom, bedroom with closet and TV with Google Chromecast. Utilites, garage parking (depending on size of car), and Wifi included.

I have an elderly ESA poodle that is hypoallergenic. Safe neighborhood 15 minutes from downtown and close to 281 and 410.

Perfect for a working professional or student. Someone low key that doesn’t mind a healthy lifestyle, professionalism, and occasionally great music playing in the house.

I work from home a few days a week. I enjoy exercise and healthy eating. I love good music, movies, and theater. All things cultural about our amazing city, San Antonio. My family lives all over San Antonio, so occasionally they’re over at my house. I have the best hypoallergenic poodle who is super low key.
