Zak's room

Large 2 story home in a very nice, quiet location in the Sierra Verde community of Surprise. Private room with a shared bathroom. Plenty of common area as well. Upstairs laundry. Parking is somewhat limited at the moment and the HOA can be strict with street parking on occasion but we’ll make it work. If you’re not familiar with the area then you should also be aware, jet noise from Luke AFB is pretty common but you get used to it honestly. There’s plenty to do all around the area from shopping, dining and recreation. Rent includes all utilities.

My girlfriend and I are mostly homebody types. I work a lot but she stays at home with our 1 year old daughter. We don’t do drama, parties, or lots of guests in and out. We expect you to be respectful, clean and chill and we’ll do the same. We have 1 other roommate as well that we’ve both known all our lives and she pretty much keeps to herself and works. We have a dog with high energy, the roommate has a cat that only stays in the room though. I also play the drums which is obviously very loud but again, I’ll be respectful of your schedule and make it work for everyone.
