Hello! I have a room for rent. It’s a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment located only minutes from the beach, eateries, shopping, grocery stores… everything! I’m posting this for my dad. He’s a contractor. Works Monday - Sunday most of the time. Is open to offering either room. The smaller room is about 100 ft.² for 1600 a month the larger room is 125 ft.² for 1800 a month. Both rooms have their own bathroom. Bathrooms are not en suite but for your own private use. Ocean views. Lively neighborhood! Available 11/1. Only small pets are OK by owner. Home is furnished, but you must furnish your own room Pardon the photos - my dad took them :)

I’m a contractor so I’m usually working Monday through Saturday. I’m very mellow. Will definitely give you my best dad jokes. Enjoys watching television and Hanging out with my grandkids.
