Area is quiet and the house blocks out most noise. The downstairs area features; high ceilings, porcelain tile throughout the living, dining, interior laundry, and kitchen. Neighborhood amenities include; community swimming pool and spa, recreation center, and walking distance to a 55 acre sports park with walking trails. Easy Access to freeways, Cal State University Channel Islands (CSUCI) and just ten minutes from PCH & the beach.

We are a couple (upper 20’s and low 30’s) seeking to replace our current roommate who will be moving in with their significant other at the end of our current lease. Our landlord requires a background and credit check with an excellent credit score.

We’re both professionals in biotech. We enjoy board games, pottery, video games, and the beach. We’re quiet, considerate, and friendly!
