Hello! Im looking to rent a room out in my 3 bedroom, 2 bath house! Located in Citrus Heights, right off of Sunrise Blvd. Right along the border of Roseville. The room is unfurnished, so you will be have to bring your own furniture. Location is about 15 mins from the Galleria Mall, & lots of grocery stores, restaurants, etc nearby! We have highspeed internet, garage parking, a beautiful backyard, & w/d in house! Rent is $800 a month with an extra $50-$100 for utilities (we will be splitting evenly). 2 people currently room here a 22m, whom is my bestfriend & myself 22m. We are both gamer nerds for the most part but love to have a good time! We both currently work full time jobs, when we are not working, we are typically gaming, chilling, out and about, or just messing around for the most part! We are super welcoming and super easy going!
