Mark's room

Two rooms on a different level from existing room mate.

Two large rooms in the living space does not have its own kitchen and the new room mate should plan to set up own microwave, mini fridge, etc within the estimated space available is around 500 to 600 square feet. New room mate will have own half bath but the shower/bath tub is in the full bath which is shared.

One male room mate. Christian. Has a dog. Utilizes his own living quarters and shares the full bathroom for others to shower. Has the kitchen in his living quarters and will allow use of the stove and kitchen sink if desired.
