A little bit about the apartment:

• The apartment is spacious, with a full kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal), living room with tons of light, and a dining room.
• The free room has a full ensuite bathroom and views of the marina
• The building is very safe, fully renovated, has an elevator, and the building manager lives on the 4th floor and is super on top of things.
• Coin operated laundry and parking (~150/mo) available in the basement
• Located 2ish blocks from polk street and lafayette park (great tennis courts), walking distance to fillmore, and ~1 mile walk to fort mason

A little bit about me: I’m 25 (graduated college in 2018) and work as a product manager at a security startup. I’m a bay area native and work in San Mateo. I commute down most days, but work from home every now and then. I tend to spend my weekdays as a bit of a homebody - primarily working, working out, and then chilling in the evening. I like spending my weekends outdoors, and love to explore parks and beaches, visit the fort mason farmers market, and hang out with friends. I love entertaining and enjoy having friends over for a glass of wine or dinner when I can. I’m pretty clean and organized, and I’m definitely looking for a roomie to hangout and explore with. I also have a super sweet goldendoodle. I take her to daycare most days to get her energy out, but she loves to stay home and cuddle as well.
