It is a 2bed 1 bath apartment in central Arlington (Penrose area and on Columbia Pike road). The apartment has two equally sized bedrooms about 12ft x 15ft. It is on the 6th floor with elevator access. The apartment also has free parking, gym, pool, and utilities are included with the rent. Rent is $1,005 per person. Lease starts on January 15th 2023.

Hey everyone, I am Sherly a recent graduate in my early 20’s and currently working remotely (9-5). Little bit about me:

• I love to be social and have get togethers
• I can be super funny at times, and love watching drama/sitcom shows
• I’m an ambivert, so I totally understand both sides
• When I work, I’m usually by myself in my room
• I’ve lived in DC for 2 years ***It is a plus If you also like to go explore the city or host get-togethers and be social! I do want to mention that I have a cat and the apartment does not have pet fees. Yay!
