It’s a quaint home with a good sized yard, driveway and street parking, and a covered carport currently used for storage. Rent is $1420/mo between the two of us plus utilities (around $150-250/mo depending on the weather). It’s an active but quiet neighborhood, 15 min from downtown Phx, 20 min from Tempe, and 5 min from the 17. Come say hi :)

I have a physically demanding job Mon-Thu and thoroughly enjoy my downtime. I’m a photographer in my spare time, and enjoy making clothes and music, and occasionally making an appearance at a social event. I am deeply spiritual and love nature. My preferred roomie would be open to respectful discussion, happy to contribute with communal area chores, and kindhearted.
