The bedroom is 11x10.5. Relatively spacious living and dining areas, with floor-length windows for lots of sunshine! Shared spaces furnished, but I’m not super attached to most of it. I’d happily incorporate your stuff. Second floor unit overlooking the complex’s grassy area that’s secluded from the road where the neighbor’s dogs sometimes play. Also cats that live next door that love to greet you as you walk by! Walking distance from Bird Bird Biscuit, Brentwood Social House, buses to campus, and a great bike route. Relatively small complex, with only 8 units in the building and quiet neighbors. I don’t have any pets, but the unit allows them.

I’m a student and a part-time server at a local breakfast restaurant. I’m awake quite early most mornings, and back home in the afternoons. I have an early bedtime most nights, but I’ve yet to have any issues with roommates making noise when I’m trying to sleep. I knit, crochet, sew, play video games go to estate sales, sometimes grab drinks with friends, but these days I don’t have much time for all that, being back in school and all. Occasionally my crafts explode over the living room, but I make sure to either finish them or put them away after a day or two! I consider myself to be a clean roommate, I track housecleaning tasks on an app and have a “cleaning day” once a week where I tackle all the non-daily tasks as needed. 420 friendly, but I can easily keep it in my room if need be. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly. I’m bisexual, am currently dating someone who is agender, and most of my friends are queer. I will not tolerate homophobia or transphobia. I try to be as environmentally conscious as I can be, but I don’t expect you to follow along. This includes mending clothes, and I’d happily patch up anything for you! Assuming I have the time (and skill) for it, that is haha.
