Aubrey's room

Located 3 miles from downtown Rogers, Lake Atalanta, and The Railyard bike park. Easy access to I-49 and Railyard greenway access to Razorback greenway. The room is a private bedroom with a memory foam queen bed and a closet. Bathroom is in the hallway, it would be shared with guests but is otherwise yours (full bath with under-sink cabinet). House is mostly furnished but I don’t have a dresser for the room on offer - if you have your own, feel free to bring it! Home office has space to share if you also have remote work. No laundry on site, must make arrangements independently.

Early 30s work-from-home professional. I typically work 9-6 m-f; outside of work hours I spend time walking the dogs, hiking/camping, and otherwise spending time at home cooking/baking or watching tv. I don’t go out much but do enjoy a beer or glass of wine at home. Minimal cannabis use but okay with it being used on property. Queer cis woman, she/her pronouns, and fully support the LGBTQIA+ community, roomie must be queer-friendly. I have 2 border collie mixes who are high energy and can be loud. They would never be in your room and you won’t share any responsibility for them. Because of the dogs, firm no pets rule.
